REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

At BeautyByMalai Kosmetics , every product is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate solution if approved.

Return Policy 

We accept returns only if the product is completely unused and in its original condition as received.

Customers have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept any return requests.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
